I am hoping that this blog will be an effective tool for us as we develop the Amish Trail of New York.  We would appreciate any feedback that you could give to us once you have visited our area.

How did you find out about us?

The Amish Trail (which runs through Cattaraugus and Chautauqua Counties) is adding another dimension to its growing popularity. This summer, Barn Quilts are being added to the trail as well as the surrounding communities.

Welcome to the Amish Trail Blog where we will be posting stories, recipes and anything we find along New York's Amish Trail.

There are so many interesting Amish Shops and English stores along New York's Amish Trail selling hand-made goods to spicy foods.

We liked having a tour guide with us to explain and give details. Visiting with Amish craftsman, getting to hear their processes and procedures.
Marcia from Medford, Oregon
We liked everything about our tour of the Amish countryside.
Joseph from Belfast, NY
Liked the variety of places that we visited. We all had a good time. The baked goods were excellent and reasonable.
Linda from Hamburg, NY
Pat customized the tour to the places we were interested in seeing. We visited Amish shops for candy, quilts, baskets, toys, and a few more.
Lisa from Batavia, NY
This tour was just an incredible learning experience. it was the highlight of our 30th wedding anniversary trip. I would not change a thing.
